1951 Ford horn ring foam rubber ring
 

Is the foam rubber ring that is attached to the underside of the chrome horn ring replaceable? Mine is compressed after 60 years of use, allowing horn ring to rattle. Anyone else solve this problem previously? I'm thinking that I will add some foam tape if this part is not available. Thanks.
