Re: Restored 1936 Ford Truck Thanks for posting, that is a beautiful restoration. I think his working days are over, time to relax in the garage.

Re: Restored 1936 Ford Truck Beautiful! That truck probably never looked that good the day the first owner took delivery. Is this restorer a relation to Kube?

Here is a close-up of the Steering Wheel which shows the Headlight Switch in question. As someone pointed out, the Headlight Switch seems to be installed incorrectly? On good authority, I have been advised that "the headlight switch appears to be off by 90 degrees of rotation on the steering wheel". Regardless, this is a fantastic restoration of a vehicle seldom tackled for a full restoration. Full credit to Jeff Lilly Restorations for a job well done on this beautiful 1936 Ford Truck. |

Re: Restored 1936 Ford Truck I agree that the headlight switch is 90 degrees off. If that is the only thing we can find, I would say it is one heck of a restoration. What is the nob next to the gas pedal? Maybe a power take off control?
|
Re: Restored 1936 Ford Truck That knob is a foot rest so you can rock your foot against it to work the gas pedal.
