Converting heater to 12volts Converting a 46 Ford coupe.Tried to use a heater motor from NAPA # 655-1020 (61-63 Chevy truck)but about 1/2-3/4 inches too long.
Any suggestions regarding what motor to use or other procedures would be appreciated….thanks |

Re: Converting heater to 12volts dono, I used a motor from Dennis Carpenter PN B6A-18527-B in my '46 Ford but it was over $100. About a month ago someone also asked about a 12V motor and someone posted a suggestion for almost the same motor for half the price. If you search this site you might be able to track down that post.
