Vacuum 221 cu in stock

Men, this has been asked recently without an accurate conclusion can anyone tell me what vacuum is pulled at what RPM on a stock standard 34 221 cu inch motor [that is for example at 1000 rpm equals 19inches] what is the vacuum pulled from the port on the inlet manifold to the vacuum wipers ?? Thanking You.

Re: Vacuum 221 cu in stock

I think the reason there was no conclusive answer is because at any given RPM, there are other variables to consider; the throttle opening and load on engine being two. Altitude would be another factor.Try fitting a vacuum gauge into your wiper circuit somewhere in the car and go for a drive, observing said gauge.

Yes Hi Brian and my fuel guage fluid level is still good after you kindly supplied me a viale of fliud thank you again, variables yes im sure they are not that far out I was wanting a comparison from another stock engine throttle opening would surely equal RPM within a tiny amount bearing in mind im talking stock engines at any given RPM equaling vacuum wondering if someone has done the exercise lets say from sea level up to 1000ft wont be a terrific difference
