this looks to be a nos steering wheel, I bought it for my roadster but because of zero offset I can't use it. it's too nice to just let it hang on my garage wall, it has a very small brush on the back side, fits early ford taper steering shaft, black Bakelite it fit my 40 column think I paid $125.00 for it, that's what I'm asking you pay shipping. thanks Wayne
