Be careful! According to the Bratton’s website that tool might cause cancer. It has a prop65 warning.

Re: Venturi Extraction tool

Thanks guys, I was able to make one and it worked great. If anybody's interested here's what I did. One small piece of galvanized pipe about 4 inches long and it big enough to fit over the ventri. A foot long piece of 1/2 all thread and 4 1/2 nuts. Four 1'2 inch nuts and washers. I put the washers on the all thread and about 2 inches down I secured the washers together with two nuts and put them in my drill press and as the drill press was turning I used m files to turn down the size of the nuts to fit inside the carburetor body. Be careful so you don't turn them down to much. When the washers were the right size I placed them in the carburetor and doubled nutted two nuts on the all thread. I put the all thread up threw the carburetor and place the pipe on the top and used the last nut top put out the ventri. I wish I was able to put a photo on here but I don't know how.

Here are photos of one I made many years ago.
Piece of pipe slightly larger than the venturi diameter. Top plate has a hole for clearance of the bolt. Machined puller plate is threaded to fit the bolt.

I just used a socket and some tapping on the bench to remove mine.
