New Shock progress 3 Attachment(s)
Just an update on the shocks I know some have been emailing.
We almost have all the small parts make for all the orders except the Hex nut. and we have 100 bodies, Wing shafts and outside covers made and are working on the inside cover this week and should be able to start assembling the body, wing shaft and both covers and as soon as the Hex nut is done we can assemble the needle valve and hopefully ship the first 25 sets and then start the final quantities on the bodies and wing shafts and outside covers then assemble the final orders. Thanks to all of you for your patience Bill |

Re: New Shock progress Great news, I waited 40 year for my car...a few months is no problem for quality.

Re: New Shock progress I'm a new Model A owner. Where would I go to order some new shocks?

This is a link to Bills website. If you really want shocks, call and get on the list. Dont drag your feet, he is making the last run before he retires. |
Re: New Shock progress "Thanks to all of you for your patience."
No, Bill. Thank YOU. W. Michael |
Re: New Shock progress Keep up the great work Bill, the last ones I bought from you like a piece of fine jewellery, almost to good for the car.

Re: New Shock progress I'm looking forward to receiving my sets. Thanks Bill.

Re: New Shock progress I'm glad I got on the list. I didn't know Bill was thinking of retiring. From everything I've ever heard, they're the best shocks you can buy for a Model A.

Re: New Shock progress Assuming that the vehicle has narry a hint of shocks presently, what else besides Bill Stipe's kit would one need to install them properly?

Re: New Shock progress Hey!! Who gave Bill Stipe permission to retire??

Re: New Shock progress Thanks for the update Bill. Can't wait to get my set. The tudor I have just done up for my wife Diane does a merry dance with no shocks.

Re: New Shock progress Thats good as now is not the best time for me to purchase much. As far as shocks I will have to rebuild my originals. With 58 in the box and the reported average of 12% being rebuildable I should be close enough to begin the process to see if I can come up with 2 good sets. Rod
