Guess I am getting to be an old fart - do not like having to download apps to participate in things. I did download a couple a long time ago, and got flooded on the smart phone with advertisements inserted into my on line use including email and searches.


I have the same attitude about rewards cards, same thing. Just another ploy to target ads to you. Usually they want your email address, and you get tons of ads and alerts.

That's why I have two email addresses - one for my "real" communication and one that's likely to be spammed. I log on to the latter occasionally and just delete all the junk.
