Re: autolight 295 Not sure about 295's, but I found out Rock Auto offers the best prices on spark plugs.
They have the 295's @ $1.01 where most others sell them for $4.00 a piece. https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/au...park+plug,7212 |
Re: autolight 295 Was probably the plug to use for "dirt track racing" conditions so I wonder just what miraculous improvements would happen by using them in a daily driver?

Re: autolight 295 My guess is it would be a cold plug for racing. Probably not good for the street.

Re: autolight 295 I agree with what flatjack has suggested;

Re: autolight 295 Only reference I could find on the 295. Pete post 8#. Probably for what you are doing is not necessary. Don't over think it. Normal plug will work for most everyone. Clean it. Putting a different plug in is about as effect as replacing the regular plugs on a tuneup. Plugs will not give you that much or any hp less you have something else going on. Need to do more.

Re: autolight 295 295 is shorter threads...so maybe for aluminum heads but not for stock.
Itīs not a cold racing plug design...same design as 216...insulater and electrode same. |
