Model T & A Era Only Car show & swap Meet
 

The 8th Annual Model T&A Car Show & Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, May 12th this year at Beardsley's Cider Mill 278 Leavenworth Rd (route 110), Shelton, CT 06484. This show is for cars and trucks of any make, parts and relevant items from 1931 and older. Everything is FREE including vendor space, parking and entrance. Breakfast & lunch will be available for purchase from a local food truck. There is no registration necessary, but it would help if vendors called just to let me know they plan on attending. There is no rain date, so lets hope for sunny weather!

This will be my first time at this show. Hopefully there is a '31 A or a '23 T for sale. I am in the market for either of them. I'm tempted to load my '34 Ford 5 Window steel body shell in the back of my old pickup to see if a trade + cash is possible. Would I be allowed to park my vehicle in the parking lot with a body loaded in the bed? I don't want to break any rules - just don't want to waste my time driving over an hour+.

Just got back on the Ford Barn, FIRST thing I did was check for the Cider Mill date! Good to see that ALL pre 1931 vehicles are now welcome! This meet reminds me so much of local events 1961-65 when Antique Car shows had ANTIQUE CARS. Thanks to the Beardsley Family for hosting this great event. Bob

Doug845, you are definitely welcome to bring your "modern" car body and park it for folks to check it out. We have plenty of parking room. Some folks trailer their vehicles from quite a distance so we have space for their trailers too. looking forward to seeing you there in May!

Go Devil Garage in East Schodack, NY (just south of Albany) has done several of my model A engines with great results. He also does flat head V8s.

Ill be there rain or shine! I have a bunch of Model A parts for sale! rebuilt transmission, speedometer, distributor, waterpump. and what ever else i can find! I will also have some display items. Model T and a Model A engine blocks both rebabbitted and The A block will be for sale.
