Ford T Handle Wrenches I have 2 Ford script T-Handle socket wrenches. One has a Part Number 5-Z-2038, and it has a hex socket end measuring 0.671 across the flats.
The second T-Handle wrench has a poorly stamped Part Number 5-Z-160, and it measures 0.575" across its socket flats. What are these Ford wrenches used for? |
Re: Ford T Handle Wrenches I have no data on the first tool, but 5Z-160 is a 9/16" socket wrench for the Model T, introduced in January 1911, had several part numbers over the years until its last part number change in October 1927 to 5Z-160. It is illustrated in the Model T parts listing as a T shaped tool.

Re: Ford T Handle Wrenches I found 5Z -2038 in my 1928 Model A parts book. It is a connecting rod wrench size 21/32..
