Need Help Identifying This door Latch and Window Regulator from a 1931 Huckster 14 Attachment(s)
We disassembled the passenger door so we could get the wood out and get the panels sand blasted. This truck is a 1931 Huckster so every part from the rear of the cowl was not a model A. I believe the body was made by Martin Parry. Anyways I have pictures of the door latch and the window regulator. The latch and the regulator both work but the window crank handle is broken and the door latch handles should also be replaced. These are not Model A parts.
If anybody could identify the window regulator and door latch as to what they were originally from, then I might be able to find the proper handles. Thanks, John |
Re: Need Help Identifying This door Latch and Window Regulator from a 1931 Huckster A lot of 20s cars had screw on window cranks, the body builders probably wouldn't use parts for $$ cars, Have you tried "regulator Roy", he used to buy any regulators at flea markets ---and the body builders could have had a "standard" parts company that had custom latches made for the custom body trade ----try looking at pictures of station wagons of the era

Re: Need Help Identifying This door Latch and Window Regulator from a 1931 Huckster I don't know anything about Huckster's
But I for one would be interested in seeing the rest of this Huckster if you would be so kind as to post some pictures |
