47 1-ton wheel cylinder kits

One of my neighbors has a 47 1-ton truck. He has a leaking wheel cylinder. He bought wheel cylinder kits from one of the major suppliers and they won't work...apparently wrong size. My spare parts are all for the 39 wheel cylinders, so I am not much help. Could someone point me in the right direction for wheel cylinder kits for a 47 1-ton?
