Not enough power up hills....

1 Attachment(s)
Picked up a nice 32 barn find that started and drove good except when going up slight inclines or hills.

I was only able to buy this as the previous owner claimed "it was half off" the asking price.

Opened the pictured bottom end and it appears to be missing 4 cylinders, any input would be great.

That's because it's a model 'B'

Hold on boy whatja got is an improved (1 2 3) 4 cylinder motor with fuel pump so at least you don't have to back up hills.

Kurt, I believe you have it right! As for power, I would suggest checking the rear end ratio.

I'm assuming this is an April Fool's post. 1/2 off asking price due to missing 4 cylinders. Should have had a V8

That’s an easy call. If all cylinders don’t kick in when needed, your Northstar computer is obviously at fault.

Engage the starter for those extra power surge needs.
