Got History wiped out at HAMB
 

Hi; Went to my regular HAMB, and apparently either HAMB or my Google browser wiped my registration and 8 yr history! I was required to register as a new user and everything was gone, including the customers I was working with! All I got from Ryan was a "Sorry", real bummer. Is this part of the New server stuff?? Newc

that is strange. i have noticed with the new server at the hamb my computer fan comes on. normally only does that when i go to any of the news sites that have a ton of adds running and are dumping cookies by the truck load

I think it may have been Google. I found my old adds and those treated me like a stranger.
So my old account is there ,I just can't access it anymore. Lost the original Password also. Had to reregister at several sites including the Barn. Newc

Ryan should be able to reset your passwords. No need to re-register anywhere.

Diagnosis: Your web browser 'forgot' the stored passwords for the places you told it to remember them. To get back into those accounts, on each login screen there's a 'forgot password' choice, by resetting the passwords should do the trick, assuming you've tried all the passwords you can.

Grasping at straws, it may be as simple as turning the "feature" back on if it has been turned off. It'll be some kind of option under settings or preferences.
