What is the correct rod length from the pedal to the bellcrank on a 32 V/8?

I measured mine at 9 3/4 inches from center of the pivot balls at each end

They measure around 9.7" not installed and 10" installed (measured at the ball opening)

is this the rod that runs from underneath the dash tunnel down to the pedal? if so, looking for one...
