Looking for some one to grind a camshaft
 

Looking for someone to regrind a camshaft for me it's a 470 mercruiser the engine uses 460 parts it's a 3.7 leader 224 cubic inch half of a 460

Found a guy in Georgia does them he has 3 to to now

Berry Cams in Lester Prairie Minnesota has done two for me, it has been a few years.

I lived in Lester Prairie in the early 60's and Berry Cams were known
as a very good cam grinding company. Me and Scott Berry were pretty
good friends back then and at that time Scotts dad was the man.

We moved from Lester Prairie to Montevideo in the 60's but I always
heard good things about Berry Cams through the years.

I think that Scott and his older brother Keith took over the business
in the 70's or so, not real sure of the year they took over..

I know Scott passed away a few years ago, not sure if Keith is running
Berry Cams yet or if Keith maybe sold the business.

It would be worth a call to Berry Cams to find out the present scoop.

I sent a camshaft down there a few years ago and had trouble with them finding it they finally found it and ground it for me took a few weeks to get it done I hope they got better
