help on uploading photos

i have uploaded photos in the past but for some reason today this is the message im getting today Upload of file failed i need some help on fixing this problem thanks

The first thing to check is to see if your files are too big. If I was a little smarter I would tell you the second thing. Remember there is a test forum for experimenting.
