That looks to have the early cast hose connections as well as the early mounts with the round hole. Is that a flange block?

In the 90's I traded a pair of these early mounts for a part I needed. We agreed on a value then of about $100. You might get the same amount for one today? A pair would multiply the value. Rgds Leif in Sweden

They are being reproduced by someone the last time I checked. Not sure the repros are exactly like you need or want. I believe I saw them in Bob Drake's big catalog. I see original sets advertised at between $200-$400.00.
