Oil in and out of bearing

I have read posts about oil filters, 90 degree adapters and prevention of "dry starts", all along I have known that it is not a problem, that after a recent shutdown there is much oil still in the bearing, with this engine the recent shutdown was 10-15 years ago, yet there is still enough oil in the bearings to form runs, and drops ---more than enough to not have a dry start.

The shim on the rear main explains why the flywheel and clutch had no rust, It must have left a trail wherever it went after it's most recent overhaul.

Someone has the age since last start off by a bit. It has to be over 20 years ago and maybe much longer like closer to 30 at best guess.

I started on the car 10 years ago and had the car much longer than that.
It had not run for a while before it enter the house.
