46-48 Woodie Spare Tire Cover bracket

Am looking for the bracket that holds the outer ring of the spare tire cover. The bracket attaches to the outer ring and extends down and is held to the large carrier on the tailgate. I have all the ring, cover, and spare tire mount. Hoping that someone has a ratty rusty outer ring with the bracket still attached.
