3 3/4" crankshaft clean out plugs

Is there an easy online source for the knock in crank clean out plugs? Should I just letvvthe machine shop supply them?

Found them at Reds Headers but thier shipping cost of $30+ for the plugs, o ring valve guide seals, and two round oil pan clean out gaskets for the 8RT pans really torqued me off. No thanks!

Well, you don't list your location but if you are in the states just go to your advanced auto store or napa and order them. Dorman makes them. I have 5/8 plugs for Mercury cranks. Dorman #555-010. If that shipping cost "torques you off" you shouldn't be trying to build flatheads.

Use a 7/16 tap and install some grub screws. Probably cost a buck.
