He has always gotten back to me in a reasonable time frame after I emailed him.He doesn't sit by the computer,but I have always gotten a response within a day.He is a pretty busy fellow,he also has as he put it to me,his real job too.I emailed him a few days ago about something I had ordered.I wasn't anxious about getting the product,but I had sent him payment during the holidays.I just wanted to make sure he had gotten it.I have hauled a lot of mail during the holidays,and have good reason to be watchful.Anyway,the day after I emailed him my parts showed up.He had gotten paid and sent them right out.
