1936 to 39 Ford Cabriolet Window Regulator

I have a 1936 Ford (2 dr. Cabriolet/ Convertible and need a method to make the drivers side window work.
I need a 36 to 39 driver side regulator or I am thinking about using Power Windows and need a suggestion as to which company makes a strong enough motor and mechanism to lift the heavy window and stainless frame.
ALSO, I need a window riser channel for that door. Does anyone have one or know where to get one? What other Window Riser Channels will fit in the 36 Convertible?
