Re: Fuel pump kits

When installing any pump streatch the spring to get slighty more than
4lbs pressure when the pump is cold. As the temp raises the pressure
drops. At 3lbs it will start to vapor lock when it's hot. A small return
line allows the fuel to keep flowing, cooling the pump with very little
chances of Vapor lock. Need about a 1/16 orfice so to much fuel don't
return. To much return will act like a governer at high speed. G.M.
