cyphering the dash on my '35 truck

Just trying to get a handle on what and what is not, original to my dash. I'm thinking that the two lower holes (one as a push button and the other HAD a push pull light switch) were added by someone but it's the centre top one that has me somewhat perplexed. It is properly centred and has a corresponding hole in the firewall (just like the choke/throttle) which would suggest another rod but what would that be for????. Or is this also an added hole?. So, which holes belong and which ones don't and, if any other than the choke/throttle holes are correct, what are they for?. Thanks

The commercial dash I believe only has holes for the choke and throttle rods. The center top is for the crank out mechanism handle. The hole in the firewall you mentioned is I think for the drain hose of the cowl vent gutter.
