I have old Rex temperature gauge. I need fitting to attach to Model A Ford block. Thanks for the help.

Probably could use a Stewart Warner adapter fitting, easier to find at a parts store. Use a radiator hose nipple with a pipe threaded hole.

If my memory is not failing i think I found the matching fitting at a NAPA store

Most likely it attaches to a water outlet and not the block. I bout my outlet from Snyder's. https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/drilled-water-outlet
