Double-Action Fuel/Vacuum Pump

Any idea where I can buy a quality rebuild kit for a double-action fuel/vacuum pump? I don't know much about the unit I have, which came on a core engine I purchased. The pump was made by AC Delco and fits a standard shoebox Ford-era fuel-pump mount. After cleaning it up, the only numbers I found on it are "4654" embossed near one of the gasket surfaces. I'd like to run this pump on my '51 Ford to enhance the vacuum-operated wipers.

Thanks!

Charlie ny on this forum rebuilds fuel pumps and may have the parts you need too. He has quality parts and does outstanding work also.

A new combo pump seems to be available from autozone and summit for too much money. SP1265MP. About $190. Jack E/NJ

I second this approach - Charlie does excellent work on a variety of things: Carbs, fuel-pumps and super-gonzo 2nd gear secret-squirrel bushing work for me. LOL ;)

Perhaps the Nitrile/Neoprene mentioned in the kit on display is newly formulated or
something .........any nitrile I used when developing my brand of diaphragm became
suspiciously gummy after a three day soak in corn gas. It's military grade viton for me,
thank you very much, cost thru the roof but worth it.

Charlie, do you sell rebuild kits for these double-action pumps or do you recommend purchasing from Daytona parts? Both you and they were SUPER helpful when I ordered a Holley rebuild kit recently.

Thanks, everyone for the suggestions!
