rear window removal

What is a good way to get the rear window, and trim out of a 41 Ford sedan?

What "oldskool" said. Sacrifice that old seal. You will want to replace it anyway. Chap

By "trim" are you talking about the stainless. It T shaped and is imbedded into a slot in the rubber seal. Be careful removing it as it distorts easily. when installing, clean very good, rust, dirt etc. Lub and it should slid back into the new seal pretty easily. I started at a lower curved corner, work around window. Don't lose the joint clip. they're impossible to find

I've cut the inner lip to remove both the rubber, glass, and trim; then cut the rubber to release the trim, the peeled the remainder off the glass. Never put one back in, so no advice in regards to that job.
