Poll: Head Studs or Head Bolts?

Hi Everyone. I'm not an engine builder.

Care to tell me anything about using head studs vs. bolts, on say, a 21 stud engine? Or why would it be different on a later vs. earlier engine?

Just curious what the thinking is.

Note: If you choose to vote, you get one vote only. Generally, once you have voted in a poll, you will not be able to change your vote later, so place your vote carefully! The poll doesn't have an ending date.

Yep, must be something about this Friday, a lot of post end up with something controversial. I know what I like and use and I know what several others on the Barn like and use. The engines all seem to run ok, so there you go!

I didn't see this as a poll option but I like to mix and match on an engine...couple studs here, couple bolts there...it adds variety and uniqueness to an engine. :)
