Wood floor stiffener hardware

I need the hardware to attach the stiffeners to the floor.
Would anybody know the correct size Of the T nuts that were used on 1936.

The original T nuts were the nail type (only one nail) 1/4-20 thread with countersunk slotted flat top screw that is flush with the bottom of the support wood. There also is a countersunk washer on the floor same as for the floor boards.

No hardware other than bolts and T-nuts. Check with whoever took over from Roy Nacewicz. Wasn't that Third Generation Auto. Mike Driskell? (Help an old man out here folks. LOL)
