A's B's and V8's take on the Bugattis at Prescott 14 Attachment(s)
The Bugatti Owners Club own this famous hillclimb course in Gloucestershire, England and run several events through the year. This (end of season) meeting they invited local Ford Clubs to attend and try their luck.
Some original cars, some speedsters and a few rods (look away now). The Bugatti boys, excepting a couple, went up the hill like their cars were worth $1m. The Ford lads went up like they stole them. Great day out. Inspired to get my Riley powered 31 Coupe ready for next year. |
Re: A's B's and V8's take on the Bugattis at Prescott A friend has a Type 37 Bugatti with a Model B Ford engine that was installed in the 1930's. I gets vintage raced in New England and there are no plans to ever restore the car.
