Color of 39 hub cap paint

Is it blue that the V8 gets painted on the 39 hub cap, or is it red?

It is definitely blue, and seems to be the same blue as on the earlier hubcaps also.

This is a NOS 1939 Ford Deluxe Hubcap. Blue is the correct colour for the V8 in teh centre.
