Door/lock /window riser mechanism panel

I am restoring a 1930 Model A Fordor with a Murray Body

I am looking for the panel that goes on the inside of the door that contains the window riser and internal door handle mechanism. Attached is a picture of one we already have (right front door ) – I need another one the same as this that is required for the BACK LEFT DOOR (I think Front Right and Back Left are the same).

I need the style where the door handle has the “pull out to open” mechanism as opposed to the “twist to open”. I don’t necessarily need the window riser included but definitely need the lock mechanism to be there.
