I think that's the standard AA radiator – if you do a Google image search for AA trucks you'll see a lot of similar ones.

Was it a school bus or tour bus used in a park or something similar? Seat turned sideways in the back. I guess they could be lose and just stored that way. You could always do a camper and not alter the outer walls but original is always the best.

I remember reading somewhere that some school buses had the seats running fore and aft, but maybe it was an early Model T.
