Layed down some Washington Blue 6 Attachment(s)
Warmed up here in Ar to the mid 60's, so built a fire and got the shop up to 80. Considering I painted in a farm shop and not a booth, i'm tickled with how this turned out. Loved spraying this PPG paint, my old Devilbiss still has it! The engine was completed yesterday, so even though I've still got some work to do to the hood and grill, i'm going to start getting the engine back in and hooked up to run! Still a ways to go, but chipping away at it, having a blast doing it!

Re: Layed down some Washington Blue Great looking job. Did you get the color code for the paint ? I have some I want to paint on my 36 Tudor. I hope it comes out as nice as yours. I just have front fenders to spray. Good job . . . Pat

I'd say you are moving a bit faster than "chipping away at it" Good work! |

Re: Layed down some Washington Blue I hope the truck is going along okay - - just checking to hear if you ever got the color formula for the paint. Thanks Pat

Thanks for asking, it's slowed down some as I had to get back in the fields and take advantage of a rare Feburay dry spell. I'm fixing to install the engine and get it ready to run, it's chained on the forklift ready to go, just waiting for that day off to work on it. As far as the formula, it was not put on the can I got, but i'm going to message you the phone number of where I got it mixed! Bret. |
Re: Layed down some Washington Blue Love that color! Nicely done.
