rumcle seat to deck lid conversion help Acquired a very nice rust free dent free dlx 30 coupe project never seen a nicer body......deck lid has handle hole on bottom of lid but someone attached rumble hinges to lid ..in the parts there is a trunk front floor pan original and a rumble seat frame and back curved section I think for rumble.. re-pop stuff..I'm wanting to make a standard deck lid out of this as I do not care for rumble seat setups.. etc ..need info on hinges and locking mechanisms etc..sheet metal etc ..diagram anyone ?? thanks much Spencer Big Pine ca.

Re: rumcle seat to deck lid conversion help This thread is an answer to something I’ve been considering. I’ve got a 30 coupe with a rumble seat. I’ve had the car for over two years and have never used the rumble seat. I’m seriously considering removing the rumble seat and converting to a deck lid. Thanks.
