Rock Auto Parts List

One of the forum members recently posted a list of parts for the F1, F100's from 1948 and up available through Rock Auto. Doe anyone have list of the parts from 1940 to 1953 ? Or if you have found EV8 Ford parts at Rock Auto post the information and I will put together a list to share with the forum.

Yes. I’ll post some. There isn’t much, but bearings, races, hoses, wheel cylinders, etc.

What would be the point of a parts list? I'm sure Rock Auto's inventory changes all the time. Just go to their website and search for the parts you're looking for and put in your order if you find what you want.

It would somewhat depends on your objective. If you are looking for original correct year parts you can just search their site. However if you are looking for parts that will work often there are various options that might not be obvious. Some differences in a part do not impact functionally.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to compile a list for Rock Auto. I have bought parts for my '46, such as oil filters, spark plugs and lights, with each part having several manufacturers listed for the same part. I was looking for pads and rotors for my 2000 Mustang, and they listed everything from OEM Motorcraft to about four other manufacturers.

Maybe just a crossreference list like which later brakedrums fits on a F1 and so on...
That way it will work ordering from any parts supplier.

+1 to that idea.
