What are the measurements of the 1929 Oval window frames?

What are the measurements for the 1929 Oval window frames? Are they around 9" X 14"?

That's exactly what mine are, measured to the outside of the frame.

I just traded some A parts for a pair, plus a rear window frame.
They may be for a future project.
