Ford Model T and Model A Snowmobile Skies.

I was doing some cleaning, and came across a set of all steel skies for a Ford Model T or Ford Model A Snowmobile. They have no wood on them, but all have a hook in front, where a chain is attached, and at the end of the chain, there is a spring attached, and the other end of the spring looks like it attached to the front end of the Model T or Model A. Is there a difference between a all steel Ford model T and Ford model A Ski? Thank you for any help.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. There are not only differences between the T and A versions, but among the several manufacturers and untold many blacksmiths that made them...

I have aluminum skis on my Cessna 120 that match your description!
