Hi Whitey
It's a Gear Vendors unit that I adapted to the transmission. The adapter is just forward of the O/D and looks to be about 1 1/2" long. It is actually 3 1/2 inches but most is inside the transfer case adapter. Maybe it'll run in another month or so. Here's some pics of the adapter and coupler. The transmission is a Jeep T-176 case, with Ford toploader 4 speed gears. One of the pics shows the Jeep transfer case adapter converted for use with the GV unit. Hope this makes a bit of sense. It's all untried at this point. :confused: Jim |
