there is no easy way to do that, even if you could find a rad shop willing to do it, first you have to get the tube plate off the tubes, then shorten every tube, then realign the tubes in the tube plate and resolder, the labor would be more than a new core

I have one that would fit my A shell but was 4" too tall, I needed to do the same thing. My radiator guy had tried it once before & said it took a few try's to make it work, expensive. Since it wasn't a restoration he said cheaper/easier to make one from scratch using used tanks he keeps. Nearly $500 later I had the exact fit Radiators & tires the $$$ obstacles I find in putting together a car.

if you can get to a junk yard with your tape and the measurements you need you might be able to find one the right size or workable and then have your shop put the tubes where they need to be to fit your motor properly. i think my shop used a subaru or such. having one built = at least $400-500 in my experience.

As I said on the HAMB, since this is not a resto I would sell your stock radiator and put the money toward a factory build shortened radiator from Walker. I have used shortened rads on both flathead and SBC powered cars with no problems. They fit the application like they should. There's places I refuse to cut corners and cooling is one of them.
