Water pump castings

I have four old water pumps for 8BA motors. Two I know did not leak when the were last used but that was 30 years ago. The other two I don't know except that they are all free. Is there any one that rebuilds these that would be interested in them? Or are they truly just scrap iron. I hate to throw away old steel if I can help it.

Just recently, perhaps one month ago, I'd offered (8) '37 - '49 pumps for the cost of shipping (about $20) and got ZERO interest.
My guess is unless you pay to ship them, you're likely to have them collect dust for eternity.

Check with Daryl Fryer who rebuilds pumps. His # is 909-335-1416. I know he asks for cores when he sends his rebuilt pumps. He does a great job on his rebuilds.

Thanks, I will check with him. These are 8BA pumps 49 - 50 range. I forgot to put that in my original post.

I grabbed a few off of someone's *free* table at Hershey last year. Nothing at Hershey is free. Right now they're probably worthless, but as time goes on the parts aren't getting any easier to get.
