Nice car. A friend of my older brother had a white 60 Merc, don't remember if it was a hardtop or sedan, but as a young kid, I liked it.

Look at how they did the two-tone top on that metallic brown one. Did the factory really employ that paint scheme like that or did they run the white all the way down to the bottom of the windows originally?
Question #2; did they offer the Colony Park down under, or are you Aussies shipping them all from us Yanks in the USA now? (sarc).

My 57 is all white and then they added the Inca Gold at the factory. I can see how they did the paint under the trim.

While it is not a Colony Park, this 1960 Mercury Commuter Wagon is a recent import to Australia.

To answer Daves55Sedan's question, the last year that Ford Australia offered a Mercury for sale was 1948. Anything newer has been imported.
