Unknown tool ?

Found this tool in an EV8 parts collection. Anyone know what years it is for ? It looks like a small tire iron with both ends having a slight curl. The square hole maybe for the adjusting nut on early mechanical brakes. Opinions

Re: Unknown tool ?

how big is the square hole in it? maybe a tire/wheel tool.
My dually inside wheel is held on with square lugs that are threaded on the outside for the outside wheel mounting.

It that's it would you sell it?

This is the lug wrench for a big truck.

That looks very similar to the tire iron in my 35 tool kit. The square hole may be for mechanical brake adjustment.

I could be wrong, but it looks like an after market brake and tire spoon tool. Might be a bit lite for tires.

That tool is a tire iron for 35/36 that came in the original Ford tool kit. The square hole is to adjust mechanical brakes. It may be for other years as well.

I meant to give the dimensions. the tool is 11" long, 7/8" wide. The square hole is 1/2" x 1/2". Thank you all.
