1931 S/W Fordor questions 4 Attachment(s)
I sol d my S/W Fordot several 5 years ago. The new owner showed up yesterday asking could I help him sell it. He can no longer drive. Told him I would get some info as to value and we go from there.
What would a very nice touring S/W sell for.??? Market??? Here are a couple pictures of the car before I sold it. I built it from a basket case. Very modified for touring. |

Re: 1931 S/W Fordor questions Thanks Joop. I should have added more info.
Weber Carb. Cast iron exhaust manifold. Oversize intake valves. A/C. F150 Transmission w? 3:78 rear end. 16" wheels. Front seat are bucket seats with era looking upholstery. The extra Brake tail light are for safety. Other that these items it looks very stock. ken |
Re: 1931 S/W Fordor questions Naturally it will take a Buyer who is looking for these mods & color combo, but if the paint & interior still look nice up close, I am thinking low to mid $20s is realistic. You cannot purchase a car and restore it yourself for much less than that.

Re: 1931 S/W Fordor questions There is a certain kind of buyer for that car. it's not quite a stock A and not quite a Hot Rod. It's a middle of the road vehicle and it will take a middle of the road buyer.
