Accessory fog/driving lights I would like to add some accessory fog lights to my 37. Any recommendations for a quality set? I don`t want cheap stuff. Would like to find a kit with period correct switch if possible.

About the best set of accessory lights for a '30 model conv is Lorraine/Appleton.. The fluted amber lens look really neat, adding a little class to a '37-39 model.
If you go on line looking for Lorraine/Appleton you will find several of them. My '39 conv came stock with Appleton spot and fog lights. I changed my spots to 4" in lieu of the 5", they looked better. Appleton/Lorraine spots are usually made for left and right, the switch placement determines the side. The spot/fog lights usually found on '35-39 Fords are Unity |
Re: Accessory fog/driving lights MAC'S Auto Parts has a nice repro fog light set with Ford Script.
Their switch is not period correct. I installed a set on my 40 Ford and replaced the MAC switch with a new/old type switch that I purchased at a Flea Market. Some times you see these old type switches for sale on ebay. |
Re: Accessory fog/driving lights Thanks guys.. I will check them out.

Re: Accessory fog/driving lights I have a pair of Appleton / Lorraine fog lights on my 39. [see avatar ] They were probably a little more upscale and pricey, than most folks would be willing to pay for,for fog's, back in the day, but I sure like em ! The unity brand with ' Ford ' script, was a 37 factory option, I believe, but today, expensive when found.
