The Early Ford V-8 Museum is Open!

The Early Ford V-8 Foundation Museum is again open for business in Auburn, Indiana. Come for a visit. See the Floyd Motors gallery with a re-created 1936 Ford dealership and one of every 1936 Ford made. Come and experience the Carpenter Industries 1940 Ford garage, equipped with all correct Ford equipment and signage. Come and see the Eaton Speed shop, a 1950's speed shop installed in the Museum. We have flathead race cars, hot rods, stock cars and lots of beautiful 1932-1953 Ford and Mercurys and all the "stuff" that goes with the production of Ford Motor Company during that time. Buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a 1957 Mercury or $10,000 in cash. Tickets are $10.00. Contact the Museum to purchase a ticket. Become a member. You will enjoy being a part of this project. fordv8foundation.org

I visited there last year, it is a wonderful museum I loved it had a great time.

And that complete '36 Ford collection... you'll never see anything like that anywhere else:)

When I was there a few years ago they were laying out the lines for the new construction, I was like a kid in a candy store then, can't wait to get back to the new expanded museum.

The Early Ford V-8 Foundation Museum is absolutely one of the happy places in my life. There are so many cool things to see and do. I love that the trains never stop coming thru! Feels so comforting somehow.

If you didn't see it there is going to be an epic meet called Motorfest 2021 in Morgantown PA May 31 thru June 4.

All serious supporters will not be missing this crazy fun week!

Details... http://fordv8foundation.org/welcome3.html

P.S. I've got a vid somewhere of our own Frank Miller wheeling that stainless '36 from the parking lot into the museum. Priceless stuff happens in Auburn.

I wish I could be there right now!! Always enjoy spending time at the Early Ford V-8 Foundation Museum, and now with the new addition housing the '36 Ford collection and all the new displays and cool donations that have been made.....I could easily spend a relaxing day there.
