Windshield hole dimensions

I have a 1930 Cabriolet. It was restored with a new windshield frame without the holes for the electric wiper. I have the proper original electric wiper but I would like to verify the hole sizes and dimensions before I screw up a $900 windshield frame. The dimensions below are what I believe to be correct. The hole spacing dimensions are from the wiper I am going to install so they should be correct. Can anyone verify the hole sizes and the location of the center wiper rod hole for me? Also the height of the holes from the frame edge. Hope this is clear.
Hole sizes 3/16" 3/8" 7/16" 3/8" 3/16"
hole spacing CL to CL 1 5/8" 7/8" 7/8" 1 5/8" (Dimensions from my wiper)
center line of all holes 11/16 up from bottom edge of the frame
center line of 7/16 dia hole 13 5/16" from the outside edge of the drivers side windshield frame

Sorry the attachment was too large. Here just in case you don't have the service manuals. Between this info and the physical wiper you should have enough info I think. Good luck

We are getting closer now. Need a couple more things to be complete.
The shaft hole size is not shown on the service bulletin page. I think its 7/16" dia. Also it does not show how far up on the frame the center lines of the holes are drilled. I think its 11/16". Thanks for every ones input.
