1951 F1 pickup with 8BA, oil-bath air filter. looking for pics or info on the correct placement of the decal on the air filter housing. additionally I am interested in the correct paint color(s) for the air filter housing. Thanks! Walt |
Re: correct decal placement - 8BA air filter Heard somewhere once that the number of drinks the person (who was applying the decals) had that day determined where the decal went.:)

Re: correct decal placement - 8BA air filter Air cleaner housing is painted gloss black, as are the generator, oil fill pipe. starter and fan blade. I believe the decal with the instructons goes directly facing you when you stand by the drivers side fender.
